Hello! My name is Jazz Ho.

I’m a self-taught professional tattoo artist from the San Francisco Bay Area specializing in handpoke tattooing. I have been practicing this technique since 2016. I also co-own and operate NoNo Tattoo in Berkeley, California.

Since as early as I can remember, I’ve loved visual storytelling and manual crafts. Drawing from my background as a graphic designer, my technique combines contemporary style with precise needlework to create unique tattoos that feature a delicate, natural appearance on the skin. My designs are infused with elements of surrealism and minimalism. My focus is on depicting shapes, objects, and scenes in compelling and harmonious ways, with an emphasis on using stippled gradients to draw attention to light and shadow.

As a queer, non-binary, first-generation Asian-American, I’m proud to represent marginalized people in the tattoo industry. Clients of all genders, skin colors, and body types are welcome to my work.

I use she/they pronouns.
